Mark Davidson spent more than two decades as an operations officer in the CIA. He spent 18 years of that time in the field, with multiple tours as a Chief of Station and field operations leader. Mark entered his life in espionage after a short career teaching writing and literature, and was a better spy than he was an academic. Mark loved every moment of living the life of a spy undercover - a bit character in the grand story of espionage - but never lost his love of the books, films and stories that prompted him to become an intelligence officer.
